How Classes Work

Each class meets weekly for 50 minutes on the same day and time.

To reserve your spot, a one-time $50 registration fee is required. This non-refundable fee is used toward the first session.

Upon arriving for your first session, you will be enrolled in a monthly membership, that starts the following week.

The membership costs $195 per month for your first course (4 sessions/classes), with additional courses from the same household priced at $175 per month.

If you decide to cancel after the first session, you'll receive a full cash refund for $195.

Continuing the membership allows you to pause or cancel at any time without any penalties.
