Booking Request

Please read the booking policy below and then fill out the form below or call to request. One of our front desk associates will reach out to you to discuss your needs and set up a time with one of our sound engineers/studio managers. At that time, you may book a tour or virtual call with our studio manager will understand your requirements and give an overall quote for the work. ​If you decide to move forward, you deposit 50% of the amount in advance.

Booking Policy: 

  • Studio recording sessions are available for reserved booking Monday through Friday, 9am to 12pm.

  • A 2-hour minimum is required for all studio sessions except voice-over work. 

  • Studio sessions must be booked with at least 24-hour notice. 

  • Mixing Sessions are booked separately from recording time.  

  • We do not accept walk-ins. All bookings are available by appointment only.  

  • A 50% deposit is required at least 24 hours in advance to book your studio session 

  • Deposits are non-refundable. However, sessions can be moved to another day if they are cancelled with at least 24-hour notice. Any session cancelled after 24 hours' notice will result in loss of your security deposit. 

 

Studio Tours are available five days a week between the hours of 11am - 1pm. Tours must be scheduled in advance and are by Appointment Only! 

Note: Walk-ins will be turned away. Please schedule your tour by requesting an appointment.
